From the Golden Riviera to the Bahamas…

(22 October 2007) - Some members of the Golden Riviera Poker Room will soon be trading their online poker room on the shore for a few days at a real life tournament on the beachfront of Nassau, Bahamas. Golden Riviera is offering online players a chance to pit their poker skills against some of the best in the business at the WPT Boot Camp’s ‘Battle for the Season Pass II’, where they will get to spend time with top players such as TJ Cloutier, Clonie Gowan, Scotty Nguyen, Todd Bruson and Tom McEvoy in a tailored learning lab, learning to hone their skills and cement their strategies while preparing for the two exclusive tournaments that will take place at the end of the event.

During the months of October and November, players will be given an opportunity to secure their places at this much coveted poker workshop. The prizes up for grabs are $7,000 boot camp packages, which will include a seven day stay at the luxury for Golden Riviera players and their guests. The package will also include invites to two VIP parties, where participants will mingle in a wholly social environment with their favourite poker greats.

The WPT Boot Camp’s ‘Battle for the Season Pass II’ takes place between the 3rd and 8th December in Nassau, Bahamas, and promises a prize pool of over $210, 000.
